Error after entering game Опции

I am having an error entering into the game. Does anyone know how to fix this? It logs then errors out with this message:

I think I fixed it. For those with this error. Delete the abyss folder. Then reinstall patch. When you run it click check files. It will update. Then if you get the system locale error, goto region and then administrative. Then change the system locale to russian and it works. I was running windows 8.1 when I got this error.

Its related to broken client files. After "full check" it was repaired.
Russian locale is mandatory for our patch.
